2014 FRC CompeTITION RECAP

FRC Kickoff 2015

The MinuteBots traveled to Washington High School on January 3rd to watch the reveal of the 2015 FRC game, Recycle Rush, then went back to the secret hideout, where they played through a match to get a feeling for the game.

Build Season Weeks 1 & 2

In this two week period, a team strategy was decided on, the drive chassis was assembled, and ideas began to be prototyped.

Ramsey County Fair

The MinuteBots travelled to the Ramsey County Fair where they played catch with team 2052 and showed off their robot.

3M Event - Robotics at the Plaza

On August 7th, the MinuteBots, along with many other FRC teams, traveled to 3M's corporate headquarters in Maplewood to show off their robot to employees and their families, and to thank 3M for their continued support.

Exploring Robotics 1.0: Technology in Space

The MinuteBots hosted a seminar at Central, where former NASA astronaut and current Director of the Kennedy Space Center Robert Cabana came in to speak to students about his job and the way NASA uses robotics.

Mini-Minne Regional

The MinuteBots traveled to Prior Lake High School to compete in a Recycle Rush scrimmage. They teamed up with Woodbury High School and ended up earning 3rd place out of over 30 teams!
