This video was made by Code.org, an organization dedicated to increasing accessibility of computer science education for everyone and making computer science part of the core curriculum in schools because it is such a necessary skill in the modern era. Code.org also founded the initiative, "Hour of Code" which encourages everyone everywhere to try an introduction to programming for at least an hour from December 7 - December 12.
Team resources for coding
Coding is an important part of any FRC team. Whether it's Labview, Java, python or C++, good coding can make or break a robot. If your team is looking into making new strides in the world of programming this year, here are some helpful resources to check out.
The Minnesota First Robotics page, hosted by National Instruments, is a good place for programmers and mentors to ask any questions they may have. In addition, the Chief Delphi Forums are a great place to ask any FIRST related questions, including ones about code.
